Dictionary Universal App Reviews

Good dictionary. But when I startup the app, it shows "evaluation period expire". It is really Boring!! Whats the matter. Fix this please..

The only thing i want you to include in the next version is keeping the history of the words that the user looked up.

Although I could definately benefit from a bookmark and/or history function. These added and a smart way to organize selected words would make it a six star app. Please include any one of these in further updates!!

Ive never seen app like this. Its the best of all dictionaries.

Long for the multitasking support, better swipe feature and favorite export.

I finally got an iPhone and needed a dictionary app which could work with StarDict dictionaries. After googling for quite a while my choice narrowed to two apps, Dictionary Universal and WeDict. They cost the same, but some WeDict reviewers said that it was not so fast (plus some ppl were saying that by default its database contains chinese dictionaries which you cannot delete/exclude from search, and I dont need them). Anyways,I went with this one, and, man, its fast! I love it! Settings are flexible enough and give you most of you could ask. So, I highly recommend it! Короче, крутой апп!

Good! But.. This app dosent support landscape mode :( because of my big finger i often mistype words!! please support landscape mode! please!

This is definitely the best dictionary application! You can easily use as many dictionaries as you want. Performance after indexing is exceptional!

This is an amazing up (the best out of all installed on my ipod touch 4g). But the native version for iPad is needed desperately!! Thank you.

Make FTP to store Dic, so that we dont need to look for it

Support for iPad and iPhone landscape orientation with its great speed makes this app the best stardict dictionary Ive used in the app store. Dictionary Universal surely surpasses all its rivals (Wedict Pro, Idioma, Lingvo, Gurudic). The only con I found is that the first import of dictionaries can take a fairly long time. However, this import only happens once and from then on the app is the quickest. If you need a dictionary, this app is for you.

I admire the genius behind this app. Truly innovative. Highly recommended to people who are engaged in language learning/teaching. I like me iDevices more than before just because of apps like this. Dont ever hesitate, folks, to purchase this masterpiece.
